Leasing/Management: Our leasing department will secure a renter for your income property quickly! We screen the tenants, write the leases, and manage the properties for you- all at very competitive rates. CareTaker Services: While you are away, let us look after your house or condo for you. Once a month, we’ll check on your house and send you a note letting you know that all is well. This is carefree home ownership at its best! Best of all, this is a free service to our valued clients.
